Peter is an Associate Professor of Human Sciences and Chair of the graduate program in Studies of the Future at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He specializes in teaching, developing futures methodologies, facilitating group scenario development and strategic planning and in public speaking. Peter graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor's degree in philosophy with minors in math and physics and from Michigan State University with master's and doctoral degrees in sociology, focusing on social change and organizational theory and political sociology.
