Stacey Aldrich is the Deputy State Librarian for the California State Library. She has been a librarian for 16 years with a focus of helping librarians to think proactively about creating their futures. Stacey has played an active role in developing programs, conferences, and discussions to generate conversation and action in the world of libraries.
Stacey also spent six months working with Coates & Jarratt, Inc., a futuring think tank in D.C. honing her futurist thinking skills. She continues to consult and participate in speaking engagements nationwide around libraries and future thinking.
